Body Recomposition Goals

This blog is to log progress against my body recomposition goals. Specifically a 30 day DietBet competition to lose 4% of my total bodyweight. My long term goal is to drop from around 220 lbs to 10% body fat.

Along the way, I’ll post about some of the other things I’ve learned while shedding 50 lbs over the past 2 years.
